There's two small white specks to the middle-right that are slightly distracting and might be better cloned-out.

Technically it isn't perfect. While the exposure is very good, image has lack of sharpness. It is motion blurred a little bit. Too shame, such images works perfect on the big prints
I would also recommend to clean the image a little bit. There's a dirt here and there that would be nice to clone out. +8/10

I really enjoy when somebody cracks the code and comes out with something unusual and new and you certainly did with this one Gary!
There is a technical thing I hope you would correct: Below the tree on the left there is a rectangular cloning where the line is very visible. Maybe you can do some tricks and get it out...

Yes, Robert, this was a dirty piece of ice but I only removed what I felt was necessary to achieve this result. The slight blur may be from Neat Image as it was used to remove some light noise as this was a small crop from the original. Point well taken however.
