Having known

MsMichelleLynn for quite some time and also having the good fortune to enjoy shooting with her on many occasions, I can honestly say she will do almost anything to capture a photograph. Crawling through mud, wading in swampy water, hiking to inaccessible places, etc. is generally the rule not the exception.

She has been known for her interesting captures of dragonflies. No sacrifice is too great to capture the perfect dragonfly shot!!

OK Y'all. Have your fun with me! The focus should be and is on the dragonfly ... not the dragon lady! Anyway ... it was fun to do this shot with you Gary. I do like the result but it's just to bad we had to kill the dragonfly first and paste it there. J/K

Mary ... I never got a shot of it. It flew off soon after Gary took the photo. All we photographed that day was insects. It's the same place where I photographed the Water Snake 2 weeks earlier. I couldn't find the snake the day I visited the area with Gary.

It was fun but frustrating trying to photograph those tiny flies. I had that species in my veggie garden yesterday but it was too breezy to try for a macro image of it.

PS ... that dragonfly is still stuck to my lenzzzz! :-0

Michelle is the best nature photographer I know. She has a tremendous love and knowledge of nature and a great amount of patience and dedication to photography. We also work very well together both allowing each other space to do our thing and also enjoying the time together.
I did enjoy the humor in this shot!
