Like the background colors.
Only a tiny part shows something red. Would try to make that "disappear".
Looking possibly for alternative crops with less droplets (especially avoiding some of those blurred ones).

I agree with moser on the red parts that lie out of focus, desaturating them or chaning their hue so that they blend in better, would be a way to go.
