Description
I usually shoot all my photos with auto bracketing to give myself a choice of exposures. This scene featured extremely high contrast lighting which I knew presented an exposure challenge. After viewing the three exposures of this shot it seemed there was very little camera movement, even being hand held, therefor allowing a three exposure HDR. I wanted a more painterly look to this and I figured HDR might provide the treatment I was looking for.Make : Canon

Very difficult light conditions indeed. You did well during the circumstances but I am not a big fan of HDR (most of the time). There are a few blue sky spots with branches that look a bit "odd", almost like a smoothening effect.

I like the angle and the heavy contrast
Moser has a point, the sky parts are not all changed in HDR. The parts through the bridge and the trees are still the original sky.
Would like it better if the whole sky was just like the original, cause the blue parts look a bit weird.

The sky was blue with the white cloud patches. I intentionally accented them as I thought the effect was a bit surreal. I could have chosen a lighter HDR effect but decided the more intense, contrasty look was more what I was aiming for.

Nice perspective choice as well...
The root on the bottom left adds a lot do the final result!
Colors and sharpness are really good... It allow us to see all the details (and there are lots of nice details...)
It really looks like a painting.
I would only post it on the architecture category...
Best from you! Grats!
