Loss of detail in the blacks and sharpness could be improved in my opinion. My eye also keeps getting drawn to the artificial looking back lit area around the stem of the mushroom. If using a tripod I would of maybe used a smaller aperture

That in combination with the backlight makes this composition interesting.
Kind of wondering what it would look like with a less strong backlight and more evenly distributed levels. The dark zone mid/bottom left is a bit to dark imo.
